Professional construction and development company is conducting the building of a tower residential house on Griboyedov st. in Yalta. It is a quiet and peaceful residential district in the center of the town. The windows of the apartments open a wonderful panoramic view at the sea, the mountains, and the town. The house is located in a 15-minute walking distance of the Yalta town embankment.

The construction is carried out on an individual design.

Design and architectural solution of the new building includes: one-room and two-room apartments with the are of 55 to 76 sq.m, three-room apartments with the area from 90 sq.m. All the apartments are of improved planning, include lobbies, closets, balconies, stanzas. The cost of a square meter is USD 1100 to 1300.

There are stores in the ground floor of the building.

The initial installment is 30% of the total cost of the apartment, the remaining 70% are divided in equal sums and payed until the construction of the house is complete.

The construction is planned to be complete by December 2011.

Works on such improvements are being conducted in the building:
